Had a continental breakfast delivered and it was a third of described. Trouble wit room service app and takeaway orders. Called hotel ahead of time to explain day delay due to train strike. Not told to contact booking.com until checkout.

Friendly staff at the reception desk are really helpful. The rooms are practical and have a nice, open feel to them. I also like that they offer welcome drinks at the outdoor bar! 🍹

The rooms are newly remodelled with really big bath. Stunning location near city centre, you can walk everywhere. Great nearby places include Bar Eight & Brasserie, we usually had drinks there.

Their breakfast is disappointing, can be better.

overall the room is absolutely brilliant, exceptional and includes closet space, an iron and a dressing table. the location is stunning, right by the centre, restaurants and shopping on the high street, and the new distillery/ brewery. tiger on the wall, where you can eat dinner, is a 10-15 minute walk from the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and efficient. the location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk from St Andrew's Cathedral. - There was a great selection of meals for breakfast, including eggs and cereals.

The unbeatable and amazing location was next to Ness Bank. One of the advantages - well-appointed and brand-new rooms; they included towels and toiletries.

Thoroughly enjoyed my brilliant stay for four nights. The hotel was in a great riverside and nice riverside position near city centre and castle.- A Reformation cathedral was around the corner.- The staff were totally professional lot of the time.

Super location, nice room, very good breakfast

Superb location directly on the River Ness. Romantic hotel. The rooms were somewhat small, but sufficient for our short stay. Delicious breakfast buffet. We were very pleased.
